Energy-efficient process circulation chillers from -10 to 35 °C

The new generation of the Ultracool line was developed with a focus on energy efficiency. This way, these devices can make an important contribution to reducing operating costs. Depending on the operating conditions, the new devices make it possible to reduce energy costs by up to 50 percent, with payback times of less than one year.

With the innovative operating concept, these circulation chillers can be conveniently monitored and controlled from a distance - via a connected remote control or the integrated web server. This allows convenient operation via mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. With an internet connection, relevant data can optionally be stored in the LAUDA Cloud.

The new generation provides significantly better performance: The increased temperature stability of ±0.5 K improves the process reliability of the chilled system and the expanded temperature range from -10 to 35 °C is appropriate for a multitude of applications. Even in adverse conditions and with ambient temperatures down to -15 °C, the Ultracool devices work reliably and safely.

Working range

LAUDA Ultracool circulation chillers provide precise temperature control in an extended operating temperature range from -10 to 35 °C and a temperature stability of ±0.5 K. The protection class IP 54 enables outdoor installation, a standard fan control enables operation at ambient temperatures down to -15 °C and reduces noise pollution. LAUDA has been able to reduce the footprint even further compared to comparable previous models. The circulation chillers have an Ethernet interface as standard and can be adapted to any customer-specific requirement thanks to numerous options such as speed-controlled pumps or flow meters.
