Employees, but also third parties, can report any compliance violations at any time.
In particular, the following can be reported:
- non-compliance or the threat of non-compliance with internal company compliance requirements (LAUDA Code of Conduct)
- non-compliance or the threat of non-compliance with legal requirements
- Complaints or information on all human rights and environmental risks or all human rights and environmental breaches of duty under the LkSG
- Reports in accordance with the applicable national legislation implementing the European Union's Whistleblower Protection Directive 2019/1937
The information received goes directly to the whistleblower officer appointed by the company and is treated with the highest priority and in strict confidence.
