High-performance temperature control for biotechnology and pharmaceutical technology

The new Ultratemp process thermostats complement the LAUDA portfolio in the upper performance range in biotechnological and industrial applications. The Ultratemp portfolio comprises three types of temperature control units with high heating and cooling capacities, especially for bioreactor applications with reactor volumes of 2000 to 5000 liters.

For applications in the biopharmaceutical industry and biotechnical processes, such as in the novel food sector, LAUDA offers temperature control solutions in all necessary performance classes. The Microcool circulation chillers and PRO process thermostats are available for laboratory reactors. Reactors with 200 to 2000 liters can be tempered with the process thermostats of the Variocool and Integral line. With the new Ultratemp line, LAUDA now offers solutions for reactors and mixers with a volume of up to 5000 liters.

Innovative refrigeration technology with natural refrigerants and high energy efficiency

Whenever possible and appropriate for the application, we develop our refrigeration systems with electronic control and speed-controlled compressor technology as standard. High-performance device lines such as LAUDA Ultracool were developed in accordance with the Ecodesign Directive and achieve savings of up to 50 % compared to conventional technology.

An equally central component of our sustainability strategy is the shift in refrigeration technology towards natural refrigerants, which began many years ago. The ideal refrigerant for each application and product is optimized in our products to continuously reduce the CO2 footprint in the manufacture of products in accordance with regulatory requirements and sustainability targets.

Universal temperature control in laboratories and pilot plants

At our booth, you will also get a first insight into our completely rethought bath thermostat portfolio LAUDA Universa. The product line is fully modular, offers maximum connectivity with Ethernet, USB and WLAN modules as standard, cloud option and operation via a web server and works exclusively with natural refrigerants. LAUDA Universa is particularly energy-efficient, powerful (up to 3.6 kW heating capacity, up to 1.5 kW cooling capacity) and offers a wide temperature range (-90 to 300 °C). A bath thermostat as universal as the temperature control requirements in laboratories and pilot plants.

LAUDA Integral - Powerful process thermostats with innovative operation

Our high-performance Integral process thermostats have been transformed for the digital age. All models have an intuitive operating concept that allows monitoring and control via a smartphone or tablet. Our Integral process thermostats give you effective control over your external temperature control applications within a temperature range of -90 to 320 °C. Precise temperature control, high connectivity and an increased pump output make the devices suitable for a wide range of applications.

LAUDA Ultracool – Energy-efficient cooling. Future-proof to the maximum.

The new LAUDA Ultracool process circulation chillers with a focus on energy efficiency are the first-class choice for a wide range of industrial applications in the working temperature range from -10 to 35 °C. Thanks to an innovative operating concept, the circulation chillers can be conveniently monitored and controlled remotely – either via a connected remote control or the integrated web server using a PC or smartphone and tablet. The extensive technical innovations and a significantly expanded range of functions characterize the different LAUDA Ultracool unit types and additional options.

LAUDA Plant Engineering - Customized plants for industrial applications

Based on the principle of ›modular engineering‹, process cooling systems, heat transfer systems and secondary circuit systems from LAUDA are planned and built exactly according to the customer's requirements: process-oriented, accurate and in compliance with strict safety standards. Within a temperature range of -150 to 550 °C, LAUDA systems heat and cool with an accuracy of up to a tenth of a degree Celsius. The modern LAUDA heating and cooling modules can be flexibly expanded and modified to meet the constantly growing demands on temperature control systems.
