FERMENTATION
Fermentation processes are suitable for the manufacture of a wide range of industrial products, such as biofuels and biopolymers, as well as technical enzymes. Efficient temperature control for the setting of optimal growth conditions and dissipation of process heat at high cell densities plays a key role in the success of the fermentation.
