Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

Our Human Resources department is the hub for all personnel matters. This is where you will work as our new Personnel Officer (m/f/d). You will take care of the holistic support of specialists and managers from different departments and help to further optimize and expand our personnel development concept. You will also design and manage the entire recruitment process, including applicant management and contract drafting - as part of a team, of course, we leave no one on their own. You should have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably with knowledge of the IGM collective wage agreement. In addition, you should have an independent and structured way of working with a service orientation, strong communication skills, solution-oriented thinking and - a matter of course for us - the ability to work in a team.

What else is there for you to do as a Personnel Officer (m/f/d)? For example, implementing personnel measures in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and labor law provisions. You will also be involved in the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of commercial apprenticeships and in-company training for dual students.

• Completed commercial education with further qualification as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) or successfully completed studies in economics, with a focus on human resources. Alternatively, education or psychology with a specialization in human resources development
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position and ideally knowledge of the IGM collective wage agreement
• German language skills of level C2 and English language skills of level B2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
• Independent and structured way of working with service orientation, strong communication skills, solution-oriented thinking and ability to work in a team
