Manager IT Helpdesk (m/f/d)

In the course of the restructuring of our team we are looking for an employee for the above mentioned position at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

  • Coordination of IT service desk operations for all locations worldwide
  • Ensuring the functionality of an efficient and high-quality IT infrastructure as well as central software applications
  • Leading as well as professional and methodical development of the employee team
  • Responsibility for reporting the KPI system
  • Regular reporting to the head of IT

Your profile

  • Completed education as IT specialist or comparable education
  • At least ten years professional experience in the IT field and at least three years management experience
  • German language skills level C2 and English language skills level B2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • Strong ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
