The Service division is the direct line to the customer, and the tasks there are varied and diverse. As an employee (m/f/d) service office and field service, you will be in constant contact with our customers, recording complaints, making suggestions for solutions and advising customers on how to implement them. You receive customer requests and check products for suitability and possible applications. You should therefore have good communication skills, be able to work independently and enjoy helping other people to solve their problems. But we won't leave you on your own; teamwork is a must for us. Your tasks as an employee (m/f/d) service office and field service also include, if necessary, the implementation of solutions at the customer's site or via remote access of the systems themselves. Do you have a keen interest in commercial matters? Wonderful, because you will also work in this area with us: You will take care of the processing of service and spare parts orders and their commercial handling, take care of the general commercial processing or create maintenance contracts.
