The profile subject of Innovation and Technology adds engineering science aspects to the managerial skills learned. In the course, the technical basics of the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering, materials technology and machine, device and drive technology are covered. In a project-oriented method, technical-managerial issues are analyzed and strategies for team-oriented trouble-shooting practiced.
