As CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will support the Information Technology department in the administration and further development of our complete Salesforce presence as well as the associated middleware interfaces (Jitterbit) to the LAUDA IoT site LAUDA.LIVE, to the ERP systems and the PIM system. In doing so, you will keep an eye on the functionality of the Salesforce site at all times and ensure backup and restore of the application. Since we use CRM throughout the group, your responsibilities will include first and second level support for German and international users. If there are change projects in the CRM system, you will be responsible for project management. You will reliably perform error analysis and troubleshooting, if necessary also in cooperation with external service providers.
