As CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will support the Information Technology department in the administration and further development of our complete Salesforce presence as well as the associated middleware interfaces (Jitterbit) to the LAUDA IoT site LAUDA.LIVE, to the ERP systems and the PIM system. In doing so, you will keep an eye on the functionality of the Salesforce site at all times and ensure backup and restore of the application. Since we use CRM throughout the group, your responsibilities will include first and second level support for German and international users. If there are change projects in the CRM system, you will be responsible for project management. You will reliably perform error analysis and troubleshooting, if necessary also in cooperation with external service providers. In addition, you will support and further develop the workflows and apps of our internal processes (SharePoint and PowerApps). Sounds exciting? Then read what you should bring with you:

Your profile as CRM Manager (m/f/d) in detail

  • Completed studies in computer science or comparable studies
  • More than five years of experience in a comparable position as well as experience with Salesforce products
  • Ideally knowledge of middleware (Jitterbit) as well as programming of web interfaces, PIM systems (Contentserv) and Microsoft workflows in SharePoint and PowerApps
  • Project management and leadership experience an advantage
  • German language skills level C2 and English language skills level B2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • Success-oriented, structured work with hands-on mentality as well as strong team skills
