International Business
Bachelor of Arts (m/f)
At its core, the international business course includes the entire international business commercial background. The majority of the coursework is in English, in order to ensure an adequate level of professional foreign language skills. Within the firm, these commercial insights are applied and improved in areas such as procurement; task preparation; sales; order processing; marketing; personnel; finances and controlling. Assistance in project work, coupled with international deployment in both the theoretical and / or practical phases are a matter of course.
Focus on Innovation and Technology:
The specialized field of innovation and technology applies engineering skills to the commercial aspects, to create additional interdisciplinary utility. During the course of study, technical principles from the fields of mechanics, electro technology and materials technology, together with machinery, equipment and drive technologies are all conveyed. Finally, utilizing project-oriented methods that employ real problems, technical/commercial questions are analyzed, and strategies for team-oriented solutions are practiced. This enables students to appropriately communicate with the various technical departments or customers, in order to create interdisciplinary solutions.

3-month alteration between theory and practice
Prerequisites:
General or specific baccalaureate degree (incl. DHBW suitability test results); an interest in commercial or technical processes; leadership ability; team capability; flexibility; creativity; independent thinking; very good English language skills
