LAUDA at the P-MEC Europe in Frankfurt

From 25-27 October 2011 LAUDA presented itself to the trade experts at the P-MEC Europe in Frankfurt. The P-MEC is an international exhibition of machines and equipment for the pharmaceuticals industry. LAUDA’s 320 square-foot trade fair stand showcased the LAUDA Ultracool circulation chiller for the first time. The device was used to chill a water-cooled LAUDA Integral XT 490 W to which a 20 liter glass reactor was attached.

Visitors saw the combination of a water-cooled Integral XT with an Ultracool circulation chiller as an interesting solution. The type of water cooling presented can be applied when a building’s available supply of cooling water is unstable or when the cooling water’s availability is limited. All of the exhibited LAUDA thermostats were shown with an application. Visitors showed most interest in the Integral XT device line and the area of LAUDA heating and cooling systems. With an overall quite satisfying number of visitors to the LAUDA stand, a lot of high-quality contacts were made and there were many intense discussions. The next P-MEC shall take place in October 2012 in Madrid.
