LAUDA and the Martin-Schleyer High School Sign a Cooperation Agreement

In the long-term, LAUDA and the Martin-Schleyer High School in Lauda-Königshofen (MSG) intend to further intensify their already existing cooperation. Prior to the start of the 2011/2012 school year, both cooperative partners represented by the Managing Director of LAUDA, Dr. Gunther Wobser and the school’s director, Dr. Jürgen Gernert, signed a corresponding agreement in the presence of Christine Hagen, the associated IHK Heilbronn-Franken representative for educational projects.

The objective of this agreement is to provide courses, which both closely reflect reality and which are activity and professionally oriented. The cooperative concept provides that LAUDA is presented to the students as a model of a corporate activity during the various courses they complete throughout their education. In particular, high school students should come to be familiar with the work and commercial world. Students are to be supported during their transition from the classroom to additional education and professional activities.

Training at LAUDA, in the form of corporate visits and practical corporate experiences allows for, among other things, foreign practical training at LAUDA facilities, support during the selection of professional paths and further studies, as well as financial support for selected student projects.

In return, the Martin-Schleyer High School supports LAUDA apprentices with specialized educational offerings.

As a firm operating in the technical and scientific area, LAUDA is particularly interested in a cooperation in the scientific fields.
